woke up…
from a dream i either wanted to wanted to go back to sleep to or didn’t wanna go back to sleep to by my sister calling me at 7:41 in the morning… -_______-“
most of the time i wanna go back to sleep just to see if i can recreate the last scene i was in before that moment of waking up, and it just doesn’t happen when i do.
then again it’s better (for me, anyway) to stay awake, because those images just put me back in that “dream world,” where nothing ever becomes reality.
i gotta stay grounded in the real world if i gotta make it where i’m at.
if dreams don’t become a reality, then why try and go back to recreate something that’ll never happen? this is a question i, myself, struggle with every time this happens.
it sucks —- it really does —- but sometimes you just gotta face reality instead…
